چکیده
Abstract Praseodymium doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by the sol–gel method and characterized X-ray powder diffraction, N adsorption–desorption isotherm, UV–vis spectroscopy. The effects of dopant on crystallite size, specific surface area, average pore diameter, volume, bandgap energy investigated. photocatalytic activity catalysts was evaluated bisphenol A degradation mineralization, which is a representative endocrine disruptor. Furthermore, under visible light irradiation Pr-modified photocatalysts exhibited higher efficiency than unmodified . When praseodymium loaded (1.0–5.0%) onto , rates mineralization increased 3–5 times.
